Copper Creek Construction

Copper Creek Construction is the work of Cory and Kathryn Arrand, a husband-and-wife team building high-end custom homes across Kootenai County. Their homes rise on private land and in communities like Bennett Estates in Rathdrum and Fox Hollow in Hayden — typically three to four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, and around 3,100 to 3,400 square feet. We capture that craftsmanship with photography and renderings, and built the website that puts it in front of the right buyers.
